Who you'll deal with, from the first ring

Here's one roof call, start to finish, and the people you'd meet along the way.

The phone rings

Say it's a Sunday evening in August and a thunderstorm has just rolled through. You notice a brown ring spreading on the bedroom ceiling and you call (813) 851-4286. Our automated assistant picks up straight away, whatever the hour, and asks for your name, your number, your address and what's going on. It doesn't try to diagnose anything; it just makes sure nothing gets lost.

Someone calls you back

A person from our team follows up. Because there's water coming in, that call comes within minutes, and the first job is getting a tarp on. For less urgent calls you'll hear back the same day to choose a visit time.

A roofer climbs up

A licensed roofing contractor comes out, walks the roof, goes into the attic above that stain, and photographs both. Maybe it's a cracked pipe boot, maybe flashing that's let go at a wall. Either way, you get the price before anything's touched, along with the photos. If the roof is past patching, they'll say so and show you why.

The paperwork gets handled

If the job turns into a reroof, the contractor files the permit with City of Tampa Construction Services or Hillsborough County Development Services, depending on your address, keeps the license and insurance certificates current, and registers the manufacturer's warranty once the roof's on. If your neighborhood association has to approve the shingle or tile, we help with that too.

The job wraps up

The crew finishes, sweeps for nails and hauls the old roofing away. For a reroof, the final inspection closes it out. And if anything isn't right afterwards, you call the same number and the same team picks it up.
