What the visit looks like
Before anyone arrives
When you call (813) 851-4286 or send the form, tell us what you've noticed: missing shingles after a storm, a drip in the hallway, cracked tiles, or a roof that's simply getting old. Photos are welcome but not needed. We call back the same day to agree a time, and roofs with water coming in go to the front of the line.
On the day
The roofer walks every slope, checks the edges, flashing, vents and valleys, and goes into the attic where there's access. You'll see photos of what they find, including any storm damage worth showing your insurer.
What the written sheet lists
Everything is itemized so you can compare it with other quotes: the repair or the full scope, the material by name and its Florida Product Approval, tear-off and disposal, the price per sheet for any rotten decking, flashing and vents, the permit as its own line, and the workmanship warranty in writing. If it isn't on the sheet, it won't turn up on the bill.
What happens by when
Repairs are priced before any work begins, and many are done on the same visit. Replacement estimates stay valid for 30 days. Nothing is booked until you approve it, and no deposit is due before then. Get a second opinion if you'd like; we'd rather you choose us after comparing.
